The Department of Information Technology starting from the year 1999 with an admission of 44 students has now heightened to a sterling input of 180 students. 1. General Information
The original unpublished Technical Papers, Articles and Working Papers having maximum length 6 pages on the topics related to the theme of the conference are invited for presentation/publication in the conference proceedings
1. Kindly ensure that your paper is formatted as per Template (not exceeding 6 pages) single-spaced doublecolumn pages using 10-point size font on 8.5×11 inch pages (IEEE conference style), including authors' affiliations, figures, tables, and references. See IEEE style templates at this page for details. Additional pages per paper above the 6 pages limit will be charged.
2. All papers must be submitted online via Microsoft CMT submission portal.
3. All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by the team of peer reviewers based on originality, relevance to the conference theme, technical strength, significance, quality of results, and organization and clarity of presentation of the paper.
2. Plagiarism Policy
1. The paper prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism from licensed plagiarism
softwares like Turnitin/iAuthenticate etc.
2. The similarity content should not exceed 10% (in any case either self contents or others).
3. Further, you have to strictly implement the following ethical guidelines for publication:
1. Any form of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from others' work(s) should not be there in an
article.
2. If any model / concept / figure / table / data / conclusive comment by any previously published
work is used in your article, you should properly cite a reference to the original work.
3. If you are using any copyrighted material, you should acquire prior permission from the copyright holder.
Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE XPLORE. Our previous Four IEEE conference papers (ICCCT'15) (ICCCT'17) (ICCCT'19) (ICCCT'21) are indexed by SCOPUS, DBLP and GOOGLE SCHOLAR. Authors of accepted papers, or at least one of them, are requested to register and present their work at the conference, otherwise their papers will not be included in the proceedings.
